2. Visa application processing

- Advisory on the correct visa category (single-entry, multiple-entry, transit, East Africa Tourist Visa, courtesy/diplomatic visa) for the client’s nationality and purpose of travel.
- Completion and submission of e-Visa and physical visa applications through the eCitizen/Kenya Immigration portal and relevant EAC partner state systems.
- Compilation and verification of supporting documentation (invitation letters, hotel bookings, return tickets, financial proof, employer letters).
- Application tracking, query resolution, and liaison with immigration officials on behalf of the client.

3. Residency permit and immigration pass processing
Comprehensive support for clients seeking work permits, dependant passes, special passes, and other resident/immigration passes that authorise longer-term presence in East Africa.
- Eligibility assessment and permit-category advisory (Class A–K work permits, dependant’s pass, student pass, special pass, exemption applications) under Kenyan immigration law.
- Preparation of permit application dossiers, including employer/sponsor letters, qualification verification, board resolutions, and tax compliance documents.
- Submission and follow-up via the Department of Immigration Services / eCitizen platform, including responses to Immigration Department queries.

4. Alien card processing
